We cannot always eat nutritionally, if you do nothing else-
                    "Eat an apple and a carrot a day."

 

APPLES

1. Apples clean teeth and strengthen gums
2. Lower the cholesterol level
3. Detoxify the body and have antiviral properties
4. Apples help prevent constipation and aid in digestion
5. One large apple supplies almost 30% of minimum amount of fiber that should be consumed daily
6. Apples stabilize the blood sugar

CARROTS
1. Carrots are energizing
2. Eating carrots will encourage healthy skin, hair, bones, eyesight and will also cleanse the body
3. It is believed that carrots may reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer
